Every Qualitum deal is private-tenant, perpetual-licence (plus annual support & updates) — never multi-tenant SaaS. Floor pricing is set per system: you cannot sell below floor (it covers our cost + bake-in), but anything you sell above floor is upside, split 50/50 between you and Qualitum.
